1) Is my vehicle safe?
Damages are very rare but we believe in being safe rather than sorry. We only work with carriers that are fully covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance for your protection. For your peace of mind, you can keep in regular contact with the driver. Regular updates can also be arranged by phone, email, or Live Chat.
2) Do I need to be present when you pick up and/or deliver my vehicle?
You don’t need to be there but we strongly recommend that you or someone of trust who is over 18 years of age, be present to hand over the keys and sign off on the Bill of Lading upon pickup and delivery.
3) Any special documents for shipping my vehicle?
If you are transporting within the continental U.S. from residence to residence, you won’t need to show your license, title, registration, or anything else. Otherwise, we will inform you about the paperwork required.
4) Can I put things in my vehicle?
According to the FMCSA and the DOT no. We are not allowed to carry any personal items inside a motor vehicle. However, a common practice is to allow between 50-100 lbs. in the trunk or anywhere out of the line of sight.
5) How do I prepare my vehicle for shipment?
Clean your vehicle both inside and out and take a picture of it. Remove all personal belongings. Extra caution is recommended to avoid loss. You may leave one fourth (1/4) tank of fuel.
6) Can I transport an inoperable vehicle?
Yes. We have experience in shipping non-running or inoperable vehicles. Our experts can transport any type of non-running vehicle.
7) Can I move luxury or antique vehicles?

8) Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden fees. All costs of transporting your vehicle are in our quote. The no-obligation quote you get is fully inclusive of taxes and insurance. If the transport price doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us right away.
